Ingredients:
- 200ml Full Cream Greek Yogurt
- 1 Serving Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1/2 a Cup Frozen Berries
- 1 Banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 Teaspoon Honey (optional)
- 1 Cup of Ice
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together and blend till smooth.
Makes: 500ml
